I was at the playground about a week ago and tried

I was at the playground about a week ago and tried the bars….and I couldn’t go very far.☹️ I used to be able to do these pretty easily but haven’t tried in years. I was kind of upset about it…I felt weak.
SO, it’s time to work on it! This is the attempt after another week of #80dayobsession….I’ll keep trying every week or so to see how long it takes to be able to get all the way across!
If you’re on the playground during recess or after school, give the bars a try!

After about 4 years, I’m starting 80 Day Obsession

After about 4 years, I’m starting 80 Day Obsession again.
I really need it! I’ve spent a lot of time the past couple years focusing on reaching goals of walking/running a certain number of miles, but have neglected my weight training (I did some but not enough). I’m still working on the miles but doing this too.👍🏻 I’ll probably start posting more posts like this over at @cognitivecardiohealth, if you want to follow me there too. (Yes, that’s me in the picture with the straight hair.🤪)
