These notes are a great way to help make notes stick and keep them organized. Students fill in the wheel as you discuss definitions and examples, adding their own visuals and coloring as they have time.

For the past three years, I’ve had ‘mile goals’ fo

For the past three years, I’ve had ‘mile goals’ for the miles I want to walk/ run for the year. This past year I did not hit my goal again, because I spent a lot of time in the last few months focusing on weight training and other cardio workouts (which I don’t count on the mile tracker… the miles I track are strictly miles that I have walked and run as exercise, not miles I might walk as part of daily activity).

So now I’m trying to decide what I should do for 2026 - try 1275 again and see if I can hit it… maybe the third time is a charm? Or stick with the goal I’m pretty sure I can hit (1,000). What do you think? Let me know in the comments.
