PRESENTATION: TAKING MATH NOTES WITH MATH WHEELS

Students from upper elementary school to middle school math love adding their notes and visual cues to the interactive math wheels.
The video below is from a presentation I did in the summer of 2024. In this video, I explain what math wheels are and explore how the math wheel components address learning characteristics of students at various grade levels.
I discuss how math wheels can help develop some of students’ executive functioning skills, and I also share the different ways you can use math wheels – in centers, for intervention, as math anchor charts, and more!
